This module enhances your organisation’s digital signage display by enabling you to efficiently manage and display staff schedules while offering visitors an up-to-date and dynamic experience. With this module, you can display a staff directory based on certain criteria such as departments, groups, employees of the week/month and class schedules. This module can be used in hospitals, medical centres, medical practices, gyms, car service centres, smash repair centres, universities and warehouses.

Here are the steps on how to set the roster scheduling in the Staff Roster Module.

• Login to the AdvertiseMe.TV portal
• Click on the Staff

• Click on the staff member you want to set the roster

• You can set the days of the week which will make the day turn orange with the label Day Off

• Or you can select specific dates that will make the day turn red with the label Leave

• You can also change future months and set individual dates

• If you need to clear the roster you can press the Clear Roster button

• Make sure to press the save button

• You also have the option to use the Today toggle to set whether the staff is in or not
